1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit digitalvisionacademy.co.in, contact Digital Vision Academy, enrol in a program, attend a demo or workshop, access learning material, or use any service offered by the academy. By using the website or enrolling, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
If a learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should review and accept these terms and supervise the learner’s participation where appropriate.
2. Courses and educational services
Digital Vision Academy provides education in artificial intelligence, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, automation, software development, and related subjects. Course descriptions, durations, tools, projects, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes describe the intended program at the time of publication.
AI tools and software change quickly. The academy may update course topics, tools, assignments, trainers, class sequence, or delivery methods to keep learning relevant. Any material change affecting an enrolled learner will be communicated reasonably.
3. Enrolment and eligibility
Learners must provide accurate contact, education, and eligibility information. Some advanced programs require or recommend programming knowledge. The academy may suggest a different course if the selected program does not match the learner’s present skills.
A seat is confirmed only after the academy communicates acceptance and any required payment has been received. Batch availability, timing, mode, and trainer allocation remain subject to confirmation.
4. Fees, payments, cancellations, and refunds
The applicable fee, taxes if any, payment schedule, included services, and any instalment arrangement will be shared before enrolment. Learners should retain payment receipts and verify the course and batch before paying.
Cancellation, transfer, and refund eligibility will follow the written policy or offer communicated for the specific enrolment and applicable law. A request should be made promptly by email and should include the learner’s name, course, payment reference, and reason. Third-party charges or services already delivered may affect the refundable amount where legally permitted.
Digital Vision Academy will not ask for payment to an unverified account through an unsolicited message. Contact the academy using the details on this website if a payment request appears suspicious.
5. Classes, attendance, and recordings
Learners are responsible for attending classes, completing assignments, maintaining suitable internet and equipment for online learning, and informing the academy when support is needed. Missed-class support, rescheduling, and recordings depend on the selected program and batch arrangement.
A class may be rescheduled because of trainer illness, technical failure, public restrictions, low batch strength, or another reasonable operational issue. The academy will aim to provide notice and a suitable alternative.
6. Learner conduct
Learners must communicate respectfully, protect other participants’ privacy, follow trainer instructions, and use academy systems lawfully. Harassment, impersonation, cheating, unauthorised recording, credential sharing, disruption, malware, or use of course knowledge for harmful or illegal activity is prohibited.
The academy may restrict or end access after serious or repeated misconduct. Where appropriate, the learner will be informed of the concern and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
7. Intellectual property
Course videos, slides, notes, assignments, templates, assessments, branding, website content, and academy-created resources are owned by or licensed to Digital Vision Academy. Enrolment provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material for learning.
You may not sell, publish, upload, reproduce, share, record, or commercially distribute academy material without written permission. Learners retain ownership of their original projects, subject to the rights of third-party tools, datasets, libraries, and content used in those projects.
8. AI tools and third-party services
Courses may demonstrate services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, GitHub, Cursor, automation platforms, cloud hosting, and other third-party tools. Their availability, pricing, outputs, and terms are controlled by their respective providers.
Learners must review third-party terms, protect credentials, avoid uploading confidential or personal information without authority, and verify AI-generated output. Digital Vision Academy is not responsible for a third-party service outage, policy change, account decision, or inaccurate AI output.
9. Certificates, careers, and results
Certificates may require attendance, assignments, assessments, projects, or other completion criteria. A certificate confirms completion of academy requirements; it is not a government qualification, professional licence, employment offer, or guarantee of admission.
Placement assistance, internship guidance, salary examples, career counselling, portfolio feedback, and interview preparation are support services—not guarantees. Results depend on the learner’s skills, effort, education, experience, portfolio, communication, location, employer requirements, and market conditions.
10. Website availability and acceptable use
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. You must not attempt to damage, overload, scrape unlawfully, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or misuse website content or systems.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digital Vision Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on educational content, third-party tools, connectivity failures, career decisions, or misuse of learned techniques. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when services, technology, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active learners will be communicated where reasonably necessary.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first try to resolve a concern through good-faith communication. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts with jurisdiction over Charkhi Dadri, Haryana will have jurisdiction.
