Enrolment information

Selected course, education, experience, goals, batch preference, attendance, assignments, assessments, and certificate details.

Payment information

Payment status, amount, transaction reference, invoice details, and legally required financial records. We do not intentionally store full card or banking credentials.

Communications

Messages, emails, support requests, feedback, counselling notes, and WhatsApp communications you choose to send.

Technical information

IP address, browser, device, referring page, pages visited, interaction events, and approximate location derived from technical data.

Class information

Participation, chat, project feedback, and recordings where a session is recorded and participants have been informed.

3. How we collect information

We receive information directly when you call, email, message us on WhatsApp, request course information, attend a demo, register, make a payment, participate in a class, complete an assignment, or request support. We may also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, server logs, and similar technologies.

Programs may be suitable for school students. Where a learner is under 18, we ask a parent or legal guardian to participate in enrolment and provide consent where required. We do not knowingly use a child’s information for targeted advertising or unnecessary tracking. A guardian may contact us to review or correct a child’s information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, disclosure, or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
